We have two offices in which to serve our patients. Our Honolulu office is conveniently located near the Neal Blaisdell Center, McKinley High School, and Ala Moana Center. Our street address is 1221 Kapiolani Blvd, Suite 1048.

We are pleased to welcome you to our new office at Kapiolani Blvd in November 2008. The new office is not located far from our previous location. The building is commonly referred to as the Blackfield Building. Popular restaurants located in the building include Shabu Shabu House, Gyu-Kaku, and The Original Pancake House.

The building is conveniently located on the corner of Pensacola Street and Kapiolani Blvd. It is across from The Wedding Ring Shop and the Moana Pacific condo/Inspiration Furniture Showroom.

Lots of parking is available in the attached parking structure (Diamond Head side of the building). Parking entrances are located on Kapiolani and also behind the building on Hopaka Street. We will validate your parking.
